Mace blades

Mace blades surround and protect nutmegs as they grow inside their fruit. They share some of the flavour of nutmegs but are softer and sweeter in taste.

Desi Direct have recently bought us the best quality mace blades I've ever seen - the vibrant pink hues of these blades have to be seen to be believed. Unfortunately, we don't have as a picture as yet - hopefully coming soon - but these are fantastic quality.
