Vindaloo - Clancy's Own Blend

Our own version of British-Indian Vindaloo - deep red and spicy. Just mix in vinegar and marinade your main ingredient then make your curry as usual. We don't use a lot of salt in our blends allowing you to control the level in your meal.

Ingredients: cumin, coriander, cayenne, MUSTARD POWDER, deggi mirch, turmeric, fenugreek leaves, ground fenugreek, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, grenn cardamom, salt.
