Chaat Masala - Clancy's Own Blend

A really delicious masala - and not only on chaat style snacks. It's one of my personal favourites and I'll chuck a spoonful on almost anything.

Ingredients: amchoor, cumin, kala namak, coriander, fennel seeds, black pepper, ginger, ajwain seeds, mint, asafoetida.
