Berbere - Clancy's Own Blend

The fiery Ethiopian blend concocted by ourselves using a traditional recipe and spices freshly ground at our stall,  including Ethiopian cardamom and long peppers.

Ingredients: coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, ajwain seeds, whole birds eye chillies, birds eye chilli powder, chilli flakes, allspice berries, long pepper (pippali), Ethiopian cardamom (grains of paradise), green cardamom seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, sweet paprika, smoked paprika.
